This company covers Brown, Kewaunee, and Oconto Counties. Brown County, Kewaunee County, and Oconto County have a rough combined population of close to 300,000. Green Bay itself has a population of just over 100,000. Milwaukee has an estimated population of around 600,000 and the Milwaukee, Racine, Waukesha Metropolitan Area has a population of nearly 1.75 million residents.

There is a free public Wi-Fi system in the downtown Green Bay Broadway District that was established in 2007. Very few cities have something like that. It makes you feel almost as fortunate as Alaskan residents who receive yearly oil revenue checks for roughly a couple thousand dollars.

Archaeological studies have found that people were living in the Green Bay area before the first French settlers arrived. Green Bay does not have a very interesting history of how the town received its name. It was named after a sub-basin of Lake Michigan, at the mouth of the Fox River.

Despite the lake being adjacent, overnight lows in downtown Milwaukee are usually much warmer than suburb areas because of the urban heat island effect. The main cause of the urban heat island is modification of the land surface by urban development; waste heat generated by energy usage is a secondary contributor.
